The Trambas 'Wendy' style has bows on the front section of the shoe that are attached via Velcro. These bows can be interchanged for different colours.
Please be aware that if a colour is not in stock, there may be a variable wait time of up to 3 months.

Well ... we'll be fair to you if you're fair to us.
We follow the rules that Fair Trading Australia have compiled to protect us all.
In a nutshell, if there is nothing wrong with the quality of the shoes then we are not at liberty to refund a purchase. This includes incorrect sizing. That's called 'Change of Mind' and Fair Trading is on our side there. You are free to onsell the shoes yourself.
If the shoes do happen to have a manufacturing fault (and that's very rare!) then rest assured that you can return the shoes to us and we will replace the shoes and pay the postage back to you, or refund in full.

LET'S DANCE SHOES FAULTY GOODS POLICY - You are entitled to an EXCHANGE, REFUND or CREDIT NOTE within 30 days, if the products have a manufacturing fault provided the goods have not been used/worn. Images of the faulty goods can be sent to us and will then be assessed for approval by our manufacturing entity.
Faulty goods are required to be returned to our business address after approval to return. With this return we ask that you complete the return form that will be sent to you. This information helps us process the return in a timely manner.
LET’S DANCE SHOES RETURN POLICY
If returning faulty goods for exchange, you are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us. We do recommend that you use the registered post option as Let’s Dance Shoes will not take responsibility for items not received if you send them via non-registered mail. Please allow up to 21 days for goods to be received and processed. Let’s Dance Shoes is not responsible for the time taken for an item to be
re-manufactured as the process of manufacturing takes time for cutting/gluing/stitching/packaging and posting.
Please contact us and we will do our best to find your receipt for you. Please remember that exchange or refund consideration is based on a '30 days from invoice date' policy.
Should we be unable to locate your receipt then we are not at liberty to exchange or refund as we are unable to verify the price that was paid.
