  • Why do I need to complete the 30 second form instead of calling?

    It gives us advance notice so we can organise the best experience for you before we call you. We want you to feel amazing with your new custom shoes.

  • How much does custom handmade shoes cost?

We won't know exactly what a custom handmade quality shoe client's investment will be until we complete a needs analysis and combined all the style variations requested.     It would be lovely if everyone could receive a discount, however, custom handmade shoes are a different type of investment from other shoe purchases.

    We use the Square payment system that supports most credit and debit cards for your convenience.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Another important question. The short answer is unfortunately no. The reason is when we have handmade and shipped out a client's quality custom handmade dance shoes and they have received the shoes - the shoes become secondhand and unsellable.


    We strongly encourage every client to take their time and ask as many questions until they are totally satisfied before proceeding with the order.

  • What if there is a defect with the shoes?

    If there is a manufacturing defect we are more than happy to replace the shoes at no cost to you.


    Simply, take photos of the problem area and send the photos to us and we will let you know of the next step.

  • How long does the process take for delivery of my new shoes?

    This is a hard question to answer because they are many parts involved in the process - that's why it is a personalised and exclusive, premium service we offer clients.


    Nevertheless, here is a guide for you:


    Confirming your requirements and receiving your order takes between 30 minutes to 60 minutes.


    The manufacturing of your new custom shoe can take up to 12 weeks. Sometimes quicker.


    Shipping is in the hands of AustPost. Let's say 2 weeks to be on the safe side.
